  1. If the package is damaged or lost, we have to go through USPS.

  2. If you wish to return for some reason, please email me what is the reason. I will consider it on a case by case basis. The items should be unopened and unused, no scratch or touched crazy, in as new condition. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

Nakatani-Kobo BOW shop policy

A Kobo Bow is a work of art, no returns and no complaining. I make each custom Kobo Bow for the each order. Once I ship out the bow I don’t accept returns. Please tell me if you have any problem. I am a living human being as you are and not corporate rules and policy... I will try to help as much as I can.
